At Mughalia Collection, we understand the excitement of receiving your favorite traditional and contemporary apparel on time. We are committed to delivering your orders swiftly, securely, and in pristine condition right to your doorstep across Pakistan.

  1. Delivery Timelines We process and dispatch orders promptly to ensure you don't have to wait long. Our standard delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, etc.): Delivery within 2 to 4 working days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: Delivery within 3 to 5 working days.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during gazetted holidays, religious festivals (like Eid), or nationwide unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders above 5000Rs.

  • For orders below this amount, a standard flat shipping fee of 200Rs.  all Pakistan
    Payment Methods (Cash on Delivery Available) To ensure maximum convenience and security, we offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay securely in cash when the courier hands over your parcel.

  • Advance Payment: Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash options are also available upon request through our customer support.

  1. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive a SMS or Email confirmation containing your official tracking number and a link to the courier partner's portal. You can track your parcel's journey in real-time.

  2. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Parcels Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your parcel up to 2 or 3 times. Please ensure your provided contact number is active and reachable. If a parcel remains unclaimed or is rejected at the doorstep without a valid reason, it will be returned to our warehouse, and future COD services may be restricted for that account.
